Maggie had a check-up appointment today to check her growth, get some shots, and make sure she's up to speed in development. She's a short chubby kid with a big head who should know about 5-10 words by now (she says one). The doctor and I coudn't talk much because Maggie was crying so hard and so loud the whole time. She was also hitting herself in the head.
The doctor decided to take a look at her ears. She found that she has an ear infection in both ears. The left one is really bad (hence the hitting of the head routine). She also has a fever. So, no shots today. Just a bunch of medicine.
The moral of the story is... if you think you're suffering from allergies this time of year, it could be a virus. (That's what the doctor said)
