My old friend, Sarah, from jr high has two cancerous tumors. One on my liver and one her pancreas. One is 10 cm and one is 9cm. She's married and has three daughters. She's a wonderful Christian woman. One of her daughters has some very special needs.
Another old friend of mine from college, Lisa Higgs, just had a baby on Monday. She was 29 weeks along with her. The baby is only 1 lb. Things aren't going well.
I know that God is good. And I know that we live in an imperfect world. As believers we can still have peace in the turmoil of life. It's still so very hard.
