The kids and I met up with my mom and my sister and her two children at and indoor playground this morning. The kids had a blast there! It was fun watching my mom squirm when they climbed up to the top level and grinned and waved at her. My mom is extremely afraid of heights. Even when she's on the ground :)
The reason we met there was to drop off Michael. He gets to spend a few days at Grandma and Grandpa's house this week. He was so excited to go. He loves his alone time with them. He rarely gets into trouble while he's there. And he gets to do cool nerdy guy stuff with my dad. They both love it!
Maggie and I are just hanging out. We went to McDonald's for lunch. Stopped by Jamie's office to visit. Went to the grocery store. And now, Maggie's napping and I'm goofing off without any interruptions! Ah, so nice.
Tomorrow night Maggie's going to spend the night at my sister-in-laws house. So, I'm trying to plan a date night for Jamie and I. I always get so excited when these opportunities come up that I usually don't plan anything out of the norm. Probably dinner and a movie. We may get crazy and invite friends to come with us. Crazy, I know!
