Taking Full Advantage

I took this picture of the kids in the youth room. The room has one wall painted in the outline of a city using black board paint.

So, you know how Meridian Christian Church just finished building it's first building? Well, during the week that Jamie's sisters and their families were in town we spent a day there. We played there for about 9 hours! Kids and adults. It was so fun!

It was basically Jamie and I's 'hosting' day. We made lunch for everyone. We played basketball, PIG, tag, foosball, air hockey, sardines, ... anything and everything! Some of us ladies even painted our nails. So much fun!

Every year that we're together we take family photos. We did them at the building. This year one of my brother-in-laws took them. They turned out great! I don't have copies of the real ones yet, but this is what the setting looked like.
Two of my nieces posing with Maggie. I think we moved the blue Meijer bags when we started the real photo shoot.

I'm hoping to keep up on this blog better. I'd like to post pictures more and with my new and easy to use camera I have no excuses!

Courtney - Pictures of Michael and Jamie together are my new favorite thing. I agree, they look so much alike now!

Julie - that is a really cool idea of your kids in front of the chalk board wall with their names on it! I'm going to copy that one! Have a great night!
